Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service apply to the xzkj.ai website and the zhaoyaojing business software service (together, the "Services"), operated by Wuhan Jushang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉聚商信息科技有限公司). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Business access and accounts

zhaoyaojing is for approved business users. It does not offer public self-service organization registration. Access may be issued by us or an authorized organization administrator. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, permissions, account visibility, and task access to their users. You may use only the organizations and advertising accounts you are legally authorized to manage.

Advertising-platform authorization

Supported advertising accounts are connected through the relevant platform's authorization process. You represent that you have authority to grant the requested access and to instruct the Services to read or change the connected accounts within the permissions you approve.

TikTok and other connected platforms are independent third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. zhaoyaojing is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok. We do not control third-party platform availability, review decisions, data latency, API limits, or feature changes.

Automation and user responsibility

zhaoyaojing can evaluate user-configured rules and, when an authorized user enables automatic mode, request defined actions such as pausing or restoring an ad or adjusting an allowed budget or bid. Monitor-only mode does not request platform changes.

You are responsible for reviewing task scope, rules, thresholds, schedules, currencies, time zones, and operating mode before enabling automation. Advertising metrics may be delayed or revised, and manual or external platform changes may affect results. You should monitor tasks and may stop them at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services without authority; bypass access controls; share access across unrelated organizations; submit malicious code; scrape or overload the Services; interfere with security or operation; misrepresent Demo or test data as live platform data; use the Services to violate advertising-platform policies; or violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Data and privacy

Your organization retains responsibility for the business and advertising data it authorizes the Services to process. You grant us the limited right to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.

Availability, support, and changes

We may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect security, comply with law or platform requirements, address misuse, or operate the Services. We may also block an automated action when authorization, data freshness, rate limits, safety controls, or platform availability do not support a reliable request.

Fees

zhaoyaojing is currently provided without subscription or usage fees. Connected advertising platforms may charge their own advertising or account fees, which are solely between you and the relevant platform. We will provide notice before introducing any future paid service that requires your agreement.

Intellectual property

The Services and their original software, design, documentation, and materials are owned by or licensed to Wuhan Jushang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for authorized business purposes and do not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee advertising approval, spend, revenue, return on investment, uninterrupted availability, or any other business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Wuhan Jushang Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or a third-party advertising platform.

Suspension, termination, and changes

We or an authorized organization administrator may suspend or end access when it is no longer authorized, when these terms are violated, or when needed to protect the Services, users, or connected accounts. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the Services, law, or platform requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
