Scope and operator

This policy applies to the xzkj.ai website and the zhaoyaojing business software service (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Wuhan Jushang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉聚商信息科技有限公司). zhaoyaojing is an advertising operations workspace for approved business users.

Information we collect

Account and organization information. When an approved business user receives access, we process information such as name, mobile number, organization, department, role, permissions, account status, and authentication and security records.

Authorized advertising-platform information. If an administrator authorizes a supported platform connection, we process identifiers and details for authorized advertiser accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, and creative records; reporting and performance data; account currency and time zone; authorization codes and access or refresh tokens; and API request, response, rate-limit, and error data. We do not ask for or receive your TikTok password.

Rules, tasks, and operation records. We process the configurations users create, evaluation results, requested and completed changes, initiator information, approval context, and audit and error records needed to operate and review the service.

Website, device, and communications information. Normal web operations may provide an IP address, browser and device type, requested page, request time, language, and security event data. If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send.

How we use information

We use information to:

• authenticate users and enforce organization, role, and data access controls;
• display authorized account structure and performance reporting;
• evaluate user-configured rules and perform only the operating actions enabled by an authorized user;
• record, explain, and troubleshoot manual and automated activity;
• secure, maintain, and improve the Services and prevent misuse;
• respond to messages and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell authorized advertising-platform data, and we do not use it to target advertising for xzkj.ai or unrelated third parties.

Platform authorization and control

A supported advertising-platform connection is made only after an authorized account holder or administrator grants access through that platform. We use the resulting authorization only to provide the account-management and reporting functions requested through the Services and within the permissions granted.

An authorized administrator may stop tasks in zhaoyaojing and may revoke platform access through the platform's account settings. You may also contact us to request disconnection. Revocation prevents new API access but may not immediately remove records we must retain for security, audit, dispute, or legal purposes.

Sharing and service providers

We disclose information only as needed to operate the Services: to the organization that controls the relevant workspace; to authorized platform APIs at the user's direction; and to infrastructure, hosting, network, database, security, and email providers acting for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain account, platform, reporting, configuration, and operation information only while reasonably needed to provide the Services and for security, audit, troubleshooting, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and the controlling organization's needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required, unless applicable law permits or requires longer retention.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including role-based access, tenant data separation, restricted server-side credential handling, and operation logging. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. An organization administrator can manage user access and connected-account tasks. You can also email privacy@xzkj.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

International processing

Our company and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate measures for cross-border processing and continue to apply the protections described in this policy.

Children and changes

The Services are for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the Services or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or account notice when required.
